Overall, I found the book to be very insightful. I think it does a great job of illustrating the many challenges that law enforcement professionals face on a daily basis. I also think it does a good job of highlighting the importance of maintaining a good emotional state both on and off duty. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement.
